Infuse does defualt not being in "Library Mode" which means you're probably stuck browsing all movies in alphabetical order. Enabling library mode will help you search for contect and also organize by genre or other categories.
how to enable Library Mode
I am going to walkthrough these steps for AppleTV since most are using that device and the steps are about the same for all iOS and MacOS devices.
- Open the Infuse app on your AppleTV
- Navigate to Settings by selecting the cog icon in the upper right area
- In the settings menu select "Shares"
- Under the Media Servers section choose "Dillyserver"
- In the next section select Edit Share
- In the Edit Share menu scroll down and select Advanced
- Move down the expanded menu and set Library Mode to "On"
- Continue to move down the menu and select Save.
You should now see some changes to browsing in Infuse that should make life easier. Reach out if you're having issues!
